No dia 31 de julho, a Orla Rio recebe a Rota da Embratur, patrocinadora oficial do Sabores da Orla, que celebra cultura, gastronomia e inclusão, em uma experiência turística guiada que marca o encerramento da oitava edição do festival. O roteiro vai transformar cinco quiosques da orla carioca em uma verdadeira vitrine da diversidade brasileira, unindo sabores, manifestações culturais e paisagens icônicas.

Idealizada em parceria com a Embratur, a ação convida representantes do setor de turismo, autoridades e parceiros para um percurso exclusivo, que harmoniza sabores autorais com homenagens a grandes nomes da literatura e da música nacional. Cada parada foi pensada como uma imersão sensorial, conectando história, poesia, identidade e o sabor único da culinária praiana.

A rota será conduzida pela guia bilíngue Daniela Mahmud, profissional experiente que desenvolve e conduz roteiros personalizados, valorizando a cultura e a história do Rio de Janeiro.

O roteiro inclui cinco pontos emblemáticos:
Mureta do Leme, com a delicadeza de Clarice Lispector;
Coisas de Bamba, em homenagem a Martinho da Vila e Moacyr Luz;
Tropik, com o lirismo de Drummond e a essência tropical de Dorival Caymmi;
Quase Nove, trazendo a elegância da bossa de Tom Jobim;
e Sel d’Ipanema, onde o pôr do sol brinda um encerramento à altura.

A Rota contará ainda com a participação do projeto Rio Inclui, uma iniciativa que promove a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência na vida cultural e social da cidade. O projeto atua para ampliar o acesso e garantir visibilidade a essa população, reforçando o compromisso com uma orla mais justa, acessível e representativa.

On July 31, Orla Rio will host the Embratur Route, the official sponsor of Sabores da Orla, which celebrates culture, gastronomy, and inclusion, in a guided tourist experience marking the conclusion of the festival’s eighth edition. The route will transform five kiosks along the Rio waterfront into a true showcase of Brazilian diversity, bringing together flavors, cultural expressions, and iconic landscapes.

Created in partnership with Embratur, the initiative invites tourism professionals, public officials, and partners to embark on an exclusive journey, that blends signature culinary creations with tributes to legendary figures from Brazilian literature and music. Each stop is designed as a multisensory experience, connecting history, poetry, identity, and the unique flavors of coastal cuisine.

The tour will be led by bilingual guide Daniela Mahmud, an experienced professional known for designing and leading personalized routes, that highlight the culture and heritage of Rio de Janeiro.

The itinerary features five emblematic stops:
